Maybe my pc cant read xml?

It's not meant to be read in a browser as such, RSS is a way of seeing just news headlines quickly, usually in a specific RSS reader program, but some mail clients can do it too.

No its reading it just fine. you need a RSS reader like RSSOwl to view it as a page.

the idea is you just sit it in your tray and it tells you when the site is updated.

go http://www.rssowl.org/ to there and dl rss owl and sign up to the gs feed.. it will make more sence

i think i understand now. but im not downloading it lol. I got gameslave neatly put on my favorites and having it in the tray is just another unneeded item

im sure theirs a title bar mod for firefox that lets you use an rss feed to show the latest news in your title bar .... ill have a look in the morning

you don't need a mod for firefox to read rss feeds, just add it to your bookmarks toolbar folder.

i got internet explorer anyway - so dont even get into it

grant mine shows it in the title bar if i want not in the bookmarks

Yes, the bookmarks toolbar folder is the folder you add stuff to to show it at the top of the window.
