Shoutbox top and bottom lines

sometimes the line graphic at the top and at the bottom of the shoutbox are fully stretched across it(100%), and sometimes they aren't (75% across). Was gona mention it before then it was fixed. Now its broke again

Is it the shoutbox gettign too wide, or is the images not being wide enough?

Should be fixed now, refresh the page fully. (shift-f5)

in my browser the text input field is too wide, stretching the shout box.

ie6 + 1024x768

Hmm, I test on Firefox, Safari & IE6 and dont have any issues with the shoutbox.

Still, I've made a few minor changes, try doing a total page refresh, shift-f5 usually does it.
