i'm new here and i'm searching for stats for my private page. I want to show my stats and the stats of a friend on the page.

I searched a bit and found some pages with stats.. The problem is, that all other pages are referring to the gamespy stats page, which is down currently. So all scripts that i found with the connection info are not working any more.

I wanted to ask, if you can tell me where you get the stats from.. maybe i could use your script on my page...

I'm afraid the script is coldfusion and probably won't work on your site. I'm in the middle of designing a new community scores page which will let you view a group of your friends as comparison to yourself, as long as they are all using this site for stats that is, as the search restrictions per sesion will be staying.

ah ok.. well then i have to wait i think..

its just that i want to make colors and style like my page ..

i can understand you, not giving out the script.. i can think, that this is much work for you..

another question: is there an adress where i can get the stats for myself by a own script or have you spoken with EA to get access to the stats system ?

I'll have to say sorry again, I can't give out any info about accessing the stats. It would soon become public knowledge again and the gamespy servers would be overloaded.

As u can see I'm already limiting the number of searches people can do from here, then caching old player searches in a local database as well. I may consider lettign you access those locally cached stats remotley in return for a link to the site. You could then format them as you wish.

This stats browser was only meant to be a small community thing but I don't mind the pblic using it as long as it doesn't get too busy, or negatively impact on everyones bf2 login experiences.

Just wondering if there is a bug in the awards section of the stats, i know i have quite a few but it lists none. I put a friends account in and it shows all his awards.

My login is Toma and his is BritXTRA.

Yup,there was a bug, if rank was 0 it wasn't even retrieving the awards, fixed but it won't update until the next time the stats are working.

Now using the colour scheme from BFHQ in the game, looks a bit od inside the rest of the site, but hey, that's all changing soon enough anyway.
