This is one of the most annoying things ever,i just bought CS: Source, on the back of the box it says compatible with intel such and such and equivalent amd, it no-where says will not run on a 64 bit cpu. I take it home, it wont run on a 64 bit cpu, i cant take it back, because its now registered with steam, as you cant start it without registering it. That was a nice waste of £20.
WARNING TO ANYONE WITH A 64 BIT CPU >> DONT BUY COUNTER STRIKE!!!

Worked fine on my amd64 last time i played it, you running xp64?
I used to have a handle on life, but it broke.

What a stupid post. Of course it works on AMD64. The majority of gamers (well those that know anything about computers) run 64s. They're hardly gonna make a game thats not comp with em.
