anyone been playing this? PlanetsideI got it the other day, quite good fun, dunno if its old or if its been posted before, but this ones got 1 years free trial, i'd say it was worth the download. screenshots

the trainings a bit long and tedious....but once your past that, the battles are superb.

I've played it for years, still an utterly awesome game. Nothing beats defending your base against 2000 real players all in vehicles and on foot.. with like 300 planes flying over head etc. All with realtime voice comms and squad formations.. clan support (with logo's on vehicles) Whole tank divisions etc. Awesome game

By the way, that's not the proper full server game. It's a cutdown free one (hence the long trial) It's missing so much of the full games stuff and of course the servers are set to a FAR lower capacity than the proper paid ones so you'll never experience it how it should be, and you end up running around looking for battles instead.
