Rainbow Six Vegas Review
The game uses checkpoints to save, and for the most part they're well spaced. However Vegas' peculiar difficulty pacing makes for some crushingly annoying sections if you're not on the ball. On the whole, this is an easy game at default difficulty. Employing a regenerating health system, if you take too much damage in a short space of time, you'll die. Step out of the action for a few seconds though, and you'll be back to full health. This coupled with team-mates who can be revived when shot leads to large chunks of the game that can be sailed through. However, on occasion, Vegas throws overwhelming numbers of terrorists at you, often in multi-tiered large rooms.

Nice review fella. Looking forward to playing this when i open it on Christmas day. Is this not the game that you can scan your own face onto your character if you've got a live vision camera?

Shit hot! You reckon it'd work on MP too having your own face? I'm guessing it wouldn't cos it'd require everyone on the server to download players faces at the beginning.

Nice review, I hated the multiplayer demo as well but loved the singleplayer one. It's a shame they had to tone down the graphics for multiplayer as it looks so much worse than the single player game and games like Gears of War can run fine with the same graphics in both modes.

reading that review and reading between the lines id say its probably not the title to run out and get.
I find all 360 online games disheartening compared to PC online gaming
how big are the online games ? GOW is limited to 4 a side to keep its graphics which is very disapointing and probably its only fault.

I'm yet to hear an English person on the mic on Live. Mostly North Americans.

I've made like 30 friends from GoW andI play with quite a few of them regularly. Most are from London although I do know a fair few on there from the States too. Just find a couple of people that aren't idiots and then just play with them. That's what I do.

Quite enjoying the Coop on Vegas, it's a pretty good game on the whole... although I wouldnt agree the graphics are 'fantastic', considering its the new Unreal engine I'd say they are rather average.. good enough though.

The single player is very good!!!!! in fact i love it.
the multiplayer can't stand up to the older RAVENSHIELD.
in my opinion the best multiplayer game ever made.
bit of a shame that vegas couldn't give me the ravenshield vibe.

Are those screenshots taken from the 360 version? My 360 version looks no way as good as that. And i've tried it on a HD plasma and it still looks no where near those screenshots.
