Well as promised to everyone I've finally got round to writing a blog entry for you all I'll try not to write in a circumlocution way but I have a small tendency too

I guess what your all waiting to hear and already know is coming is…. The place is beautiful everywhere you go just has a refulgent feel to it, it's like a picture perfect moment no matter what you look at.
I took a short trip on the first weekend I was here I went to a motocross event (I cannot remember the name of the place so don't bother asking) we drove I believe for about 30mins outside of Dunedin and ended up in the middle of this small enclosure, as you look around the view was just amazing all you could see was wood land, it really was so dense you wouldn't believe it and the further u pan your head around you see this giant track where bikes are flying up the side of a mountain it was just breathe taking,
If you want amazing views, peace and quiet this is the place to go… so anyhow back to Dunedin itself…
The city is very backwards its kind of cute.. it's a university town with a population of roughly 183k with maybe over 40% of it consisting of university students so as you could imagine it gets very quiet over summer break when they all go back home.

Now I've been told the Surf is suppose to be great here but well if you've ever been to Dunedin you are sure to find that it is stupidly cold lol but well there's a reason for that(you ask what?) the Southern winds but that's what creates the great waves.
My first day of landing in the country I met two wonderful people and by chance they were/are actually British I feel in some way beholden to them they've help the transition into the city that bit easier, they've been so helpful it would not be right to write this blog and not mention them in some way for all the wonderful things they've done for me so if you manage to read this Laura and Troy thank you. Skipping a beat and a few days in fact Laura invited me to a joint 21st Birthday Party for Friday night being a little reluctant at first the idea grew on me and I quickly accepted the offer
Well anyhow we went to this place called the metro it was kind of quaint, very small but cool I met a few interesting… people 1 guy called Steve who I think actually has a thing for me because he kept on touching me and winking at me which just isn't right (he's a real hill Billy!!!) so well moving on quickly I met allot of really nice people there which seemed to be all women o.O I believe there is a greater population of women here than men so I've been told. I've missed out loads but there's more to come I hope you enjoy the pictures and I hope you all enjoyed the light read

sounds cool m8.. i wish i could go running/hike'in on hills like that .. but i guess thats because i find the pennines too.... plain

anyway i hope your having shit loads of fun, and i deffinatly wish i was there!
